Jan 30, 2012 Dhaka. Bangladesh- Bangladesh opposition leader Khaleda Zia leads a mass procession in the capital on Dhaka Bangladesh. One person was killed and at least 30 people were injured after police clashed with thousands of opposition protestors in Bangladesh’s northwestern city of Rajshahi, police said. © Monirul Alam

Jan. 18, 2012 – Dhaka, Bangladesh – A security guard sprays a protestor with a fire extinguisher, as angry investors put barricades on the road in front of the Dhaka Stock Exchange. Bangladesh’s stock exchange operator suspended trading yesterday after reports said the government would enforce a ban on civil servants and the armed forces from investing in shares.
